Sue’s background includes work in numerous areas - word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, proofreading, copyediting, contact management, data management, manuscripts, desktop publishing, and more. She is proficient in many computer programs, including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and OpenOffice, as well as various web-based tools and applications. Sue has also received the Professional Virtual Author's Assistant (PVAA) certification, and provides manuscript preparation, book publishing, and book marketing services to authors.
